Test setups for pumps record data measured from flow rate sensors, pressure transducers, electric current, voltages and shaft RPM. A data acquisition system converts analog signals from these sensors into digital values that are stored on the local computer. An IoT (Internet of Things) application would transmit the data to a web server from it can be displayed and shared with all stakeholders. This software app is interfaced with sensor and DAQ of Zeus Numerix’ centrifugal pump test setup. The IoT application allows remote monitoring of pump performance during long endurance trials. The data is also backed up and available for future analysis.
